Place a clean pot on heat add palmoil to heat up for a while den add chopped onion,make a very thick paste with d blended egusi and also add dem in the pot den keep stirring till the egusi frys well and looks golden brown and also stand on its own like dry garri.
  2. Then add ur meat stock and cover allow to boil for about 3-5min den add ur meat, fishes if still hard, prawns,kpomo etc allow to boil for 3min den add pounded pepper and uziza leaf taste and adjust seasoning den lastly add ur ugu and soup is ready.
