  5. In a large pan on medium heat, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Then add halved Brussel sprouts
  6. Turn heat up to medium high and cook, stirring/flipping semi frequently. But leave sprouts in place long enough to develop browned/ slightly charred outsides
  7. Once Brussel sprouts have browned outsides and the garlic pieces have turned dark brown, take off heat. Season with salt to taste
  8. Serve
