- Boil the pasta according to the pack.
- Finely chop the onion and cook in a frying pan with a bit of oil until transparent. Add sweetcorn, spices, stock cube and cream and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the pasta and egg to the pan and mix well. Plate up and top with cheese. Enjoy!
