Get 1 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Get 1/2 cup boiled corn
Take 2 green chillies chopped
Get 5-6 Curry patta leaves
Take as required Salt

Prepare Pinch asafoetida (heing)
Make ready 1 Tbsp turmeric powder
Make ready 2 Tbsp coriander powder
Take As required Chopped coriander leaves
Get 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Take 4 Tbsp oil
Prepare 1 Tbsp ghee or butter
Instructions to make Tawa Fried Rice:
In an iron pan heat oil. Now add mustard seeds,hing, curry patta, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste & fry for 1 min. Then add all the veggies with salt and cook for 2 min. Veggies must be a little crunchy.
Now add all the dry masale & saute it. Add cooked rice into the pan with 1 tbsp ghee or butter & fry for 1 min. Now mix the lemon juice and kasoori methi. Garnish it with chopped Coriander & lemon slice.
Note- You may add any veggies of your choice.
