Let the pressure release from the cooker. - - In a pan heat the oil. Splutter mustard seeds. Add chopped garlic and chilli. Fry for 1/2 minute. - - Mix chopped onion and fry till it softens. Add the boiled saag and dal to the pan. Mix well adjusting the salt.
  2. Cook in high flame till all water dries out from the pan. Switch off the gas and mix the milk nicely with the saag. - - Serve hot kaddu saag with hot rice. - Thanks
