  1. Take a heavy bottom wok heat ghee. Put grated pumpkin in it roast on low medium flame for 7-8 minutes or Till the raw smell goes off.(If needed add half or 1 tsp milk).
  2. Add sugar in it. Mix well. Stir occasionally. Cook till halwa thickens,add cardamom powder and mix.
  3. Turn off the flame. Add dry fruits. Serve hot.
