  6. Poke the lemon with a fork and insert it in to the chicken belly and tie the legs(If you use stuffing replace lemon with it) and kep the bird on the baking tray and roast it for 45-50 mins. Reapply the mixture every 20mins.Don't forget to toss the garlic bulbs to the tray.
  7. Check the chicken with a tooth pick or a fork. Serve with boiled/grilled vegetables. Enjoy!!
