  3. In a separate mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place on prepared loaf pan.
  4. Generously spread the prepared glaze mixture on top of the loaf.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
