  5. Cut the bell peppers also in to strips, and onions in to round shapes. Dice the parsley also.
  6. Pour oil or butter in to a pot and add all the veggies and sauté them. Next add the beef broth spices and seasoning cubes and allow them to cook for like 5 mins. Lastly add the rice and mix and allow it to steam for 10-12 mins.
