  1. For chcken soboro : In a pot, combine ground chicken, sugar and Soy Sauce. At medium heat, cook chicken stirring constantly with 4 chopsticks until sauce is all evaporated.
  2. For egg soboro : In a pot, combine eggs,sugar and soy sauce. At medium heat, cook eggs stirring constantly with 4 chopstics.
  3. To make vinegered rice, put together cooked rice and seasoned vinegar in a small bowl.
  4. Place 5 seasoned aburaage on the plate. Seasoned aburaage is special to cook Inarizuhi.
  5. Put vinegared rice into seasoned aburaage.
  6. Put some eggs soboro on the left surface on the vinegared rice. Next put some chicken soboro on the right on the vinegared rice.
  7. Place two colors inarizushi on the plate.
