  2. Separate whites and yolk. Mix yolk with AVOCADO and MAYONAISE this will keep the green color, beat the yolk. Meanwhile put in the chopped spring onion leaves to the whites. (Not too much avocado else it will turn bitter.)
  3. Fry the whites
  4. Scramble the green yolk add seasoning, lift when cooked.
  5. Fry the ham in a separate place
  6. Also fry some cream in a pan, add chicken seasoning
  7. Fry the spinach too, place spare avocado on top of the spinach, the ham goes under, hiding beneath the greens. Pour cream on top of it, sprinkle parsley. green green green.
