  15. Make ready 2 tbsp brown sugar
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp butter- softened

Instructions to make Layered Pumpkin Pie:
  1. Have pie shell ready. Then in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1/4 c. Granulated sugar, vanilla mix well. Add. 1 egg; beat until smooth. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Chill 30 min. Oven should be at 350° .
  2. In mixing bowl, beat next 8 ing. Until smooth. Carefully pour over the cream cheese filling. Cover edges of pie with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Remove foil; bake for 25 min longer.
  3. Meanwhile mix the flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly, stir in pecans. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake 10-15 min.more or until knife comes out clean. Cool. Store in fridge.
