The ingredients needed to make Pumpkin Kheer:
  1. Take 1 1/2 cup Grated Pumpkin
  2. Prepare 3 cup full fat milk
  3. Take 1 cup sugar
  4. Make ready Pinch Salt
  5. Take 1 tbsp milk masala
  6. Take 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits
  7. Take 1 tbsp ghee
Instructions to make Pumpkin Kheer:
  1. Heat ghee and saute pumpkin in it till it changes to orange and red colour.
  2. Now add sugar and milk in it and mix it. Now let milk reduce to 2/3 of quantity and then add pinch of salt, milk masala and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Now serve it in bowl and garnish it with roasted chopped dry fruits.
