  1. First peel the pumpkin wash it and grate it
  2. Now boil milk when it thickens add cardamom nutmeg powder and boil for next 5 minutes
  3. Now heat desi ghee add grated pumpkin,saute till becomes soft,add sugar mix well saute for next 5 minutes on slow flame
  4. Now add the boil milk mix it well and boil till get desired consistency
  5. Kheer is ready,take it down and serve hot with dryfruits pieces on top.
