  4. Brown both sides of the shoulder of lamb or untill fully cooked. - - Bring juices to a rolling boil and thicken with 1tbsp of plain flour or corn flour paste if required. - - serve the shoulder of lamb with gravy, roast potatoes, grilled tomatoes and your choice of vegetables and enjoy!😊
