  2. Put the onion in to the hot pan and fry until completely softened, stirring regularly.
  3. Add the lemon juice, tomato puree and all of the spices and seasonings. Cook and stir until combined for another couple of minutes.
  4. Remove the pan completely from the heat and mix in the flour.
  5. Using spoons, portion the mix in to 2 or 3 depending on your preferred size. Shape in to balls and put in to foiled tray, separating well. Press down slightly to create round discs, being careful to retain shape.
  6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turning after 20 minutes to ensure both sides are crisp. Serve alongside your favourite curry!
