Make ready pork belly or lean pork
Get ginger
Get star annis
Make ready cloves
Take cinnamon bark
Prepare garlic
Get Yellow rock sugar

Get soy sauce
Make ready sweet sauce
Take 5spice powder
Prepare white pepper powder
Make ready salt
Take Pork marinate
Prepare light soy sauce
Get dark soy sauce
Get 5spice powder

Instructions to make Braised Pork:
Cut the pork in cubes /slice
Boil pork with 5 slices of ginger
Remove pork from boiling water & ginger
Marinate pork for 15 mins with 1tblsp of soy sauce, 1 tblsp of dark soy sauce, 1 teasp of white pepper powder & 1 teasp of 5spice powder.
Marinate. 2 tblsp of soy sauce, 2 tblsp of sweet sauce, 1 teasp of white pepper powder, 1 teasp of 5spice powder, pinch of salt.
Stir fry, 6 cloves of garlic, 3 star annise, 3 cloves, 1 cinnamon bark, till fragrance.
Add in the marinated pork n stir fry. Add in the marinate n stir fry.
Pour in abt 1L of water. Cook under mid-small fire for 1hr
Add in hard boil eggs, bean curd, tau pok n cook for 30mins
Serve 4
