Make a stuffing=Add oil in the pan place it flam for heating when oil hot add jeera and hing add green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder and add bean, capsicum fry it now add boiled peas and capsicum the potatoes finely add salt,mango powder,red chilli powder and green coriander leaves chopped mix all ingredients and cook 2 minutes mash the potatoes finely now stuffing is ready
  3. Make stuffing baati=Knead the dough again now divide dough in to small balls for making baati stuff the baati take one ball and with help of fingers flatten it fill it with one spoon stuffing seal it from all sides roll it a round shape make all baatis
  4. Preheat the oven at 200 degree place baati in oven for baking sat at 200 degree for 15 mins take out the baati from oven now baati is ready
  5. Serve stuffing baati with arhar dal
