  3. Add all vegetables except sweet corn,liver and redpepper
  4. Add seasoning,thyme and curry
  5. Allow it stir fry
  6. Add per boiled rice and mix
  7. Add meat stock and little water if needed,thou depending on the type of rice used
  8. Cover till cooked,add sweet corn and liver,mix and allow it to steam
  9. Serve
