  2. Cut bean curd to small piece and fry to light brown
  3. 250g of bean sprout, it's easy to grow the green beans sprout, takes2~3 days
  4. Heat up wok, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, stir fry pickled mustard until fragrant
  5. Add tomato, stir fry until tomato become soft
  6. Add carrot, stir fry for few seconds
  7. Add bean sprout, add salt, pepper and seasoning
  8. Add bean curd, add 2~3 tbsp of water, quick stir fry and serve.
