Make ready 2 Tbs Acee all purpose seasoned
Make ready 1 TSp Cloves (blend and sieve)
Make ready 1 Tbs curry powder
Get Salt to taste(but I don't use)
Instructions to make Jollof Rice with cloves spice:
Blend your tomatoes, pepper and Sombo then boil till it dries up all it's water
Heat up your Oil in your cooking pot,add your sliced onion fry for few seconds till alittle brown add your tin tomatoes at this point and fry
Add your boil fresh pepper mix and continue to fry for another 15mins,add curry knor,Maggi crayfish clove,Acee all purpose,bayleaf and let it cook for about 10mins
Add your wash rice at this point and gently turn,till incorporate the stew.add your margarine an d allow to cook them add your chicken stock cover the pot and allow to cook for 20mins
Add in the amount of water to cook cover to steam and stir to allow the water flow down
After some minutes and the water is dry cover with foil sheet to allow the rice to steam for another 15mins.served with chicken or meat.
