Instructions to make Chicken Burritos:
  1. For the chicken, place into a large bowl throw in all the spices and lime salt and pepper and mix well leave to rest !
  2. Once rested in a large heavy bottomed frying pan throw in the chicken on a high heat ! You actually want it to catch slightly on each side turn down the heat! Slowly cook the chicken for 15 - 20 mins until cooked through! Set aside and rest and pull apart ready for serving !
  3. Have fun layering up with avacado, salsa, rice, salad and cheese use your imagination!
  4. For the salsa and guacamole simple in two medium bowls mix all the ingredients together and let the flavours mingle ! Job done !
