  6. Take 8 radishes, shredded
  7. Prepare 4 clove of finely minced garlic
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  9. Make ready 3 tbsp soy sauce
  10. Get 2 tsp sesame oil
  11. Get 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  12. Make ready 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp hoison sauce
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  15. Get 3 dash sriracha hot sauce
Instructions to make Vietnamese Style Chicken Sandwiches:
  1. Mix all liquids plus brown sugar and salt together.
  2. In a bowl or zip loc bag, add chicken and 3/4 amount of liquid. Marinate chicken for 1/2 hour.
  3. Shred carrots and radishes and mix in with leftover 1/4 liquid. Mix well and refrigerate until you assemble sandwiches.
  4. In hot skillet on medium heat, cook chicken, discarding marinade before cooking.
  5. Cook chicken about four minutes or so on each side until cooked through. Timing depends on thickness.
  6. I used two very large breasts of chicken, so I cut them in two as shown after cooked through.
  7. Assemble your sandwiches. Place lettuce leaves on bottom on bun.
  8. Top with chicken then with carrot, radish mixture.
