To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook celery salad using 10 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Celery Salad:
  1. Get 3 stalk Celery
  2. Get 1 tbsp lemon zest
  3. Take 1 tsp microplane ginger
  4. Get 5 Shrimp sliced in 1/2
  5. Make ready 1 shells from shrimp to make stock
  6. Get 5 button mushrooms-sliced
  7. Get sliced green onion
  8. Get salt & pepper
  9. Make ready lemon juice
  10. Prepare fish sauce
Instructions to make Celery Salad:
  1. Take shells off shrimp and just cover with water & boil for about 5 minutes for stock (just the shells). Strain.
  2. Poach (slightly simmer) mushrooms, shrimp & celery. I put them in the stock in this order. None of them takes longer than 30 seconds and you want the celery to still be crunchy. Strain and cool in fridge
  3. Add sliced green onion, lemon zest, ginger, lemon juice, fish sauce, salt & pepper. Everything is to taste really but the fish sauce is a must.
