An easy traditional Soutzoukakia recipe with spices, red sauce and minced beef. Knead meatball ingredients into oblong-shaped soutzoukakia and lightly sprinkle with flour and then we either fry in.   4. Sauté the soutzoukakia in 1 tbsp oil (I just grilled them for a while) and then add them to the sauce and simmer for 45' adding a little water if necessary.
